What you get to do in this role:

- Managing all phases of the content creation lifecycle including scoping and planning, pre-production, production, post-production, and content management.
- Strong experiences and orientation to create technical documents in PowerPoint, Word, Infographics, etc, High proficiency in PowerPoint is a must. Multi-media (video, editing, etc.) is an added bonus, not mandatory,
- Be proficient in usage of documentation tools & systems and aware of new technologies in documentation, industry best practices
- Create content in compelling formats aligned to quality standards, templates, and project timelines
- Prior experiences in working similar environments in Tech, SAAS companies. Experiences in Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and other internal teams to synthesise insights from existing content and create compelling documents within timelines
- Plan, organise, research, write, edit, review, publish and maintain end-user documentation for ServiceNow products, including project management hygiene standards

**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:

- Excellent communications and customer service skills in addition to familiarity to work in global, fast-paced, dynamic and multi-cultured environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in working with geographically diverse teams and the ability to arrive at consensus among competing priorities.
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, and ability to work under deadline pressure.
- Experiences in global, well-reputed SaaS, Technical Products, etc. is highly desired
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), to include executive communications
- Expertise in enterprise software delivery, ideally in support of ServiceNow implementations
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills,
- Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining the ability to see the big picture.

**Work personas**

Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.

**Required in Office**

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.

**Flexible**

A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

**Remote**

A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
