**Job Overview**:
As a Website Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites that effectively communicate the client's or organization's message. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to ensure that the design aligns with technical requirements and business objectives.

**Key Responsibility**:
**Graphic Design Skills**:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) to create visually appealing layouts and assets.

**Web Design Tools**:

- Familiarity with web design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.

**HTML CSS and Java**:

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and java to effectively communicate with developers and implement design elements.

**Responsive Design**:

- Ability to design websites that are responsive and provide a consistent user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

**User Experience (UX) Design**:

- Knowledge of UX principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, including considerations for navigation, information architecture, and user journey.

**Color Theory and Typography**:

- Understanding of color theory and typography to create visually harmonious and readable designs.

**Creativity and Innovation**:

- Strong creative skills to generate innovative design concepts and solutions that align with client goals and industry trends.

**Communication Skills**:

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present design concepts to clients, and incorporate feedback.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Ability to identify and solve design challenges, adapting to changing project requirements and finding creative solutions.

**Attention to Detail**:

- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure consistency in design elements and a polished final product.

- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java and web development processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
