**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and create visually stunning website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing experience across various devices.
- Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects and creative work.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
