**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Supervise day-to-day project activities and address any challenges promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, donors, and partner organizations to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to maintain transparency and efficiency.
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Prepare regular status reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Procure necessary resources and allocate them effectively across projects.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, expenses, and outcomes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for donors, management, and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree and a passion for social impact and community development.
