**About the Company**

FinVoyc is a new age Digital Lending Platform, focused on solving for timely and efficient deliveryof credit services to Indian MSMEs. We provide a basket of hybrid lending solutions, adjusted tovthe business requirements of MSMEs across diverse geographies and industry segments.

FinVoyc is led by a team of banking and technology enthusiasts, with extensive experiencevacross multiple banking products, ranging from International Trade Finance to regular workingvcapital requirements, to structured supply chain financing. We work with multiple lending partners and facilitate their engagement with the prospective clients in B2B segment for loan decisioning to documentation to disbursal.

**About the job**

**Key responsibilities**:
1. Generate new leads and opportunities through cold calling, warm calling, and networking.

2. Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about

business loan products of multiple lenders

3. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer

satisfaction and maximize cross-selling opportunities

4. Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set

for the business loan sales process

5. Stay updated with various loan products, industry trends, and regulations to effectively

serve target clients.

**Who can apply**:
1. Prior experience in business loans customer acquisition, B2B sales is a MUST.

2. Knowledge of business loan products is a MUST.

3. Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

4. Ability to understand the loan requirements needs of business clients

5. Flexible to work in and office and field based on the work requirements.

6. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and earn incentives.

7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift
