Tele Caller Executive

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing digital marketing customers to generate leads and close sales.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and effectively present our digital marketing solutions.
- **Sales Cycle Management**: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
- **Customer Support**: Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
