**Echosystem** (Samyak International Limited Company - BSE: SAMYAKINT) is looking to hire highly driven individuals to be a part of a Design-Tech brand, currently in the growth stage. We're looking to fuel this rocketship and venture into the UK & US markets.

- Experience in Client Acquisition or Account-based Sales in a design, creative, staffing or digital agency environment
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, and delivering commitments on time.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Design, a related field or equivalent project/portfolio experience
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand and align design solutions with client objectives and needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospective clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside of the box
- Financial awareness, understanding of P&L and GM fundamentals
- Ability to track progress against KPIs (e.g., revenue, client satisfaction, margin)
- _**Most Important **_Experience working on end-to-end, cross-disciplinary proposals, RFPs, and sales pitches to international prospects

Echosystem operates in the Design Outsourcing & Staffing industry. Any previous knowledge and work experience in the same would be preferred.
**Salary Range**: INR 25,000 + Variables (DOE)
