About the Company - JoyLamp & Co is an International BPO based startup in Indore. It was founded in 2021 with a vision to build an organization with versatile nature towards business opportunities. We deal in a number of processes such as Customer Support, Data Entry and Sales.

Job Requirements
- Should have at least 1+ years of experience as a Sales Associate
- Good presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.

We are searching for Outbound Sales to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team and take on full responsibility for converting sales leads into customers.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth.
- Communicate company products and services via Calling and E- mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.
- Document and update CRM with daily activities as required
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets.
- Remain knowledgeable about all organization products and services to facilitate sales efforts by understanding key customer needs and wants.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
