Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Court Case Management: Follow up on the company's ongoing court cases by coordinating with external advocates, gathering updates, and ensuring timely submission of required documents.
- Court Visits: Attend court hearings and sessions as required to monitor proceedings, represent the company’s interests, and report case progress to senior management.
- Liaison with Advocates: Communicate and coordinate with external legal counsel and advocates, ensuring they are well-prepared and have all necessary information for ongoing cases.
- Documentation and Filing: Prepare and organize legal documents, contracts, case files, and other relevant paperwork. Ensure proper filing and record-keeping for easy retrieval.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research on relevant case laws, precedents, and regulations that could impact ongoing cases or provide strategic insights.
- Compliance: Ensure that all court-related activities and company actions are in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on case progress, legal developments, and potential risks to senior management.
- Advisory Role: Offer legal advice to the company on case strategy, risk management, and compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Officer, Legal Assistant, or in a similar role with experience in court matters.
