**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Checking of customer login file with complete customer KYC and other required docs.
- Arrange customer docket and mark the pendency’s.
- Prepare customer CAM with complete loan track as per cibil.
- Initiate the customer FI verification, technical and legal with complete property paper and other docs and monitoring the vendors.
- Quality and appraisal of cases underwriting, credit decision marking, and assessing overall credit eligibility of customer & recommendation of cases to higher authority within tat.
- Policy deviation tracking.
- Clear the operation pendency’s and disburse the customer payment.
- To provide audit related papers and maintain good audit score.
- Handing credit operation from login to disbursement.
- Checking of customer login files.
- Checking and generating of customer cibil.
- Shoot the customer verification and banking verification.
- Shoot the customer legal doc to hand over the advocate.
- Customer part payment chq cut as per technical.
- Preparing customer loan as per company policy in system.
- Maintain daily MIS for maintain the tat period from login sanction and disbursed.
- Conduct field PD visits in decided TAT.
- Final study of credit sanction, legal and technical reports, and credit decisions.
- Appraising credit proposals & scrutinising relevant documents before sanctioning / disbursing the credit, ensuring compliance with organisational credit policies.
- Risk and management control with in ambit of credit, operation and market risk.
