**JDE Functional Consultant ( JDE Consultant, Technical Consultant)**

1) Good knowledge of JDE Service Module

2) JDE functional Consultant with excellent knowledge of JDE module to Track customer purchases and service, Generate service and supplier contracts, Schedule equipment repair, Manage warranty claims and supplier recovery claims, Review and associate failures, analyses, and resolutions with cases and work orders.

3) Good understanding of all Project Cost Management business process.

4) Experience in Implementation, Roll-out, SAP to JDE Migration of Service Module in JDE

5) Functional track which includes Sales, Procurement, Inventory and Manufacturing.

6) Taken point of contact (POC) role which involves interaction with the key users on their queries and solving the issues on the critical situation.

7) Experienced in communicating with people at various levels and departments of business including end-user community across multiple global locations.

8) Functional specs preparation, analyzing the client's requirement, solving day to day issues, making developer understand the functional specifications.

9) Experience of working in various teams and clients both at on-shore and off-shore locations.

10) Experience in implementing Singapore and India Localization in JDE.

11) Experience in Data Migration from SAP to JDE, preparing Data Migration Templates etc.

12) Experience in performing Requirement Gathering and GAP Analysis for Service Module.

13) Experience in training users in using JDE Service Module.

14) Should possess strong business process understanding skills, preparing FSD for enhancements

15) Exposure in supporting purchase/sales EDI and third party related issues

16) Should possess excellent analytical, problem solving skills and communication skills

17) Must be an excellent team player

18) Oracle certified consultant would be preferred
