Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Orchestrations to expose JDE configuration and order entry processes via REST APIs.
- Implement and configure JDE AIS Server endpoints to handle external system requests.
- Develop or leverage standard Business Functions (BSFNs) to support data validation, pricing retrieval, and order creation logic.
- Create and maintain a custom session table to track user configuration progress and responses.
- Configure and manage input/output mappings and cache handling for high-performance orchestrations.
- Test orchestration flows using tools like Postman, simulating iterative question processing and pricing logic.
- Work closely with internal integration and business teams to align orchestrator logic with configuration rules and order entry processes.
- Ensure compliance with security, error handling, and logging best practices for exposed services.
- Provide documentation for orchestrations, endpoints, and test cases to support deployment and future maintenance.

**Required Skills**:

- 8+ years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development.
- Hands-on experience with JDE Orchestrator Studio for building and exposing REST APIs.
- Proficiency with JD Edwards AIS Server and orchestration security models.
- Strong knowledge of Business Function (BSFN) invocation and parameter mapping within orchestrations.
- Experience with custom table design and management within JDE (using OMW).
- Understanding of JDE Configurator-related tables (e.g., F3201, F3211) and order entry tables (F4201, F4211).
- Familiarity with iterative question flows, data-driven UI inputs, and multi-step orchestration handling.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills in JDE and REST API environments.
- Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools for orchestration validation.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with data caching strategies and session tracking in a stateless orchestration environment.
- Understanding of sales order processing logic using standard JDE BSFNs.
- Experience working with error handling mechanisms in orchestrations and interpreting AIS responses.
