**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Job Description**:
Be the link between the Business Teams, Customers and Operations
- Responsible for Inventory Management metrics - Tracking and improving fill rate,
- planning efficiency, inventory rationalization, logistics cost optimization, shelf-life
- management, Reviewing Slow moving items and liquidation strategies
- Work with distribution planning, supply planning and customer operations to
- anticipate service risks.
- Guide the team for Availability, Scheduling and Planning of ~3k skus across the
- platform- optimizing the supply network and operations
- Drive S&OP and review meetings with the Business teams
- Strong understanding of supply planning parameters and their influence on entire
- value chain of the business
- Implement useful and insightful Management Information Systems (MIS) reports
- for the business teamsKey ResponsibilitiesLead the Demand & Supply Planning Operations for the Modern Trade and
- International businesses - prior in-depth experience in managing Modern Trade
- accounts a must
- Have knowledge of financial, quantitative and analytical skills besides ability to work in
- multi-functional teams.
- Exhibit in depth knowledge of latest supply chain / logistics processes, LEAN methods &
- current best practices to execute business plansRole:
