We are building a robust and efficient supply chain to support scalable impact and market expansion.Role OverviewAs a Supply Chain Engineer at Praan, you will analyze, design, and optimize our supply chain processes to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and reliable operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to improve inventory flow, vendor relationships, and overall supply chain performance.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.Collaborate with sales, operations, and manufacturing teams to forecast demand and align supply plans.Analyze supply chain KPIs to monitor performance and recommend enhancements.Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in supply chain operations.Document processes, create training materials, and support knowledge sharing within the team.Stay updated on supply chain technologies and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.2+ years of experience in supply chain engineering, logistics, or operations.Strong analytical skills with experience using supply chain management software and tools.Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.Effective communication skills for collaboration internally and with external partners.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Preferred SkillsExperience with automation tools and ERP systems.Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices.Familiarity with international logistics and vendor management.Why Join Praan?Play a key role in scaling innovative clean air technology globally.Work in a mission-driven startup with a collaborative, passionate team.Opportunities for impact, learning, and professional growth.
