Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Engineer at Praan, you will analyze, design, and optimize our supply chain processes to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and reliable operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to improve inventory flow, vendor relationships, and overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and manufacturing teams to forecast demand and align supply plans.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs to monitor performance and recommend enhancements.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in supply chain operations.
- Document processes, create training materials, and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay updated on supply chain technologies and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain engineering, logistics, or operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using supply chain management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration internally and with external partners.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with automation tools and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices.
- Familiarity with international logistics and vendor management.
