The working hours will be Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm.

**Responsibilities**

The job responsibilities are as follows.
- Initial qualification of the leads via calling
- Speaking with students and parents to understand their needs and accordingly explain the benefits of the product, answer questions etc.
- Adhere to sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on CRM software
- Providing constant feedback to the internal sales and marketing team to ensure the refinement of the sales process and messaging.
- Daily outbound calls - 120 connected calls - 40
- Applicants should have at least a graduation or post-graduate diploma/degree in relevant fields
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the field of hospitality or design related programs
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should have multi-tasking ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
