**Job Title**: Office Admin
**Location**: Nagpur, Maharashtra
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 Years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage end-to-end facility operations, including housekeeping, pantry, security, and maintenance services.
- Ensure the office premises, infrastructure, and utilities are well-maintained and functional at all times.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements for employees and visiting guests.
- Plan and organize office celebrations, employee engagement activities, and festive events.
- Handle vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and inventory management.
- Serve as a point of contact between management and employees for all administrative queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of records and documentation.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in an Administration
- **Gender**: Male (preferred).
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**.
- **Personal Attributes**: Responsible, approachable, and solution-oriented with a hands-on attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
