*Responsibilities
- 1. *Visual Conceptualization
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and design solutions that align with project goals, target audience, and brand identity.

2. *Graphic Design
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various mediums including print materials, digital assets, social media content, advertisements, packaging, and more.

3. *Branding and Identity
- Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all design projects, ensuring that designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company's message.

4. *Layout and Composition
- Skillfully arrange typography, images, and other design elements to create compelling and effective layouts for different marketing and communication materials.

- Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with vendors to ensure high-quality production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials.

7. *Photo Editing and Manipulation
- Edit and retouch photos to enhance their visual impact and align with project requirements.

8. *Creative Ideation
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design projects and marketing campaigns.

9. *Research and Trends
- Stay updated with design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and relevant design perspectives to the team.

10. *Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

*Qualifications:

- 1. *Education
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Any Graduate or a related field.

2. *Portfolio
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of design principles.

3. *Software Proficiency
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

4. *Creativity
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that effectively communicate concepts and messages.

5. *Typography and Layout
- Strong typography and layout skills with an eye for composition and visual hierarchy.

6. *Attention to Detail
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all design deliverables.

7. *Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.

8. *Time Management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

9. *Adaptability
- illingness to embrace feedback and make revisions to designs, as well as adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

10. *Experience
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of creating impactful visual assets.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
