We are looking for a pricing and Inquiry executive with 1 year of experience who will be responsible for preparing the documents needed for the carriage of goods (including all the required tax and customs declarations in the case of goods for import/export). They handle a huge variety of documentation on a day-to-day basis, including bills and invoices, import/export declarations, bills of lading, as well as a whole host of other shipping documentation required by their clients or by the laws in force in the exporting country, importing country and transit countries. Need to have good knowledge in pricing and calculations.

**Duties and Responsibilities-**
- Help manage current customer accounts.
- Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
- Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
- Excellent multitasking skills within their workspace as well as computer software programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Finance, as well as vendors to source pricing and freight information.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors (shipping lines, airlines, international agents, trucking companies, other logistics companies) to obtain updated pricing and freight info.
- Coordinate and problem solve with carriers, forwarding companies, and other entities to ensure successful deliveries of customer cargo.
- Actively participate, advise and help make decisions in selection of carriers.
- Maintain SharePoint documents linked to proper location (rates, cost changes, forwarders reports, general info).
- Ensure that all information being conveyed by the customer to the internal teams is accurate - delivery addresses, pricing, cross, references, packing, special instructions etc.
- Implementation of standardized processes and follow up of procedures, guidelines.

- Good communication skills with customer/ carriers & agents. (Aggressive / logical approach & ability to convince customer & vendors)
- Extremely well versed with pricing process & current market trend for sourcing the competitive process.
- Excellent negotiation skills specially with liner/Airline & Overseas agent.
- Export documentation experience and understanding of international shipping is a must.
- Excellent proficiency with Excel and a solid typing speed
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong sense of urgency and aptitude to work under pressure.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks.
- Need to report to office located near Civil line station, kakkanad kochi kerala.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
