Responsibilities:

- **Supplier Identification**: Research, identify, and evaluate potential retail suppliers and direct manufacturers for a diverse range of products in our convenience store.
- **Negotiation and Contracting**: Engage in effective negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements, ensuring cost savings for the store.
- **Cost Analysis**: Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify opportunities for price reduction, cost efficiencies, and overall savings in the sourcing process.
- **Supply Chain Optimization**: Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to streamline the supply chain, reduce lead times, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- **Quality Assurance**: Work closely with suppliers to ensure product quality meets our standards, conducting regular assessments and implementing improvements as needed.
- **Market Trends Monitoring**: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, fostering a collaborative environment for mutual success.
- **Risk Management**: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks related to sourcing, ensuring a reliable and uninterrupted supply of products.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass or Graduation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required for freshers.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
