**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.

Assist customers in locating products, answering questions about gluten-free items, and offering product recommendations.

Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure that the store is tidy and well-maintained.

Process sales transactions at the checkout counter and handle cash or card payments accurately.

Keep up-to-date with gluten-free product knowledge to better assist customers.

Address customer concerns or feedback professionally and promptly.

Support inventory management by restocking shelves and reporting low-stock items.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive, inclusive, and welcoming shopping environment.

**Qualifications**:
Prior retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Interest or knowledge in gluten-free diets and healthy eating is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light physical tasks (e.g., stocking shelves).
