Production Incharge

Supervise operators and helpers for achieving the maximum overall equipment effectiveness (Improve OEE).
- Organise required tools, materials and manpower to each machinery and ensure uninterrupted flow.
- Follow SOPs and WIs to achieve maximum output and reduce rejections and wastage (Reduce rejections).
- Achieve production plan accuracy (Plan vs Actual)
- Report any quality issues, damages or break downs immediately to the concerned teams and implement corrective actions.
- Lead operators and helpers in achieving 5S and kaizen goals.
- Should be willing and be able to work in rotational shifts

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Production Supervisor: 4 years (required)
