Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage plant operations, ensuring smooth production planning, execution, and control.
• Oversee factory management activities such as manpower handling, material procurement, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to optimize plant performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 20 years of experience in plant management, or at least 4 years in managing clients.
• Strong understanding of Hindi language is required for effective communication with team members & Clients.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial operations involving multiple departments.
