**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **data entry** and maintain accurate records in MS Excel and other company systems.
- Prepare, update, and manage **reports, presentations, and documents** using MS Office tools.
- Conduct **data verification and database management** to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in **documentation, record keeping, and back-office administrative tasks**.
- Coordinate with internal teams for **information sharing and process support**.
- Provide **operational and clerical support** to ensure smooth workflow within the department.
- Handle **confidential information** with integrity and discretion.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)**.
- Excellent **data entry accuracy** and attention to detail.
- Strong **organizational and time management** skills.
- Good **written and verbal communication** skills.
- Ability to **prioritize tasks** and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
