Currently, we are looking for a **SFDC Architect** to join our **team.**

**Job Description**:

- Design and architect Salesforce solutions across multiple projects or one large, complex engagement.
- Operate under the guidance of a lead Architect and act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Engage with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze information, and develop comprehensive solutions aligned with business goals and Salesforce best practices.
- Provide overall architecture and design direction for Salesforce implementations.
- Create prototypes and proofs of concept to support requirement definition and solution validation.
- Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, identifying where custom solutions are necessary.
- Define, prioritize, and scope business and functional requirements, including effort estimation and project sizing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine optimal implementation strategies.
- Drive solution delivery by facilitating discussions, addressing roadblocks, and ensuring quality outcomes.
- Architect and implement a robust, scalable data model that supports project requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

- 8+ years of Solutions Architecture experience, including 5+ years of experience in SFDC Architecture.
- Required Salesforce Certifications: Architecture Track.
- Deep expertise across Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Experience Cloud, and Health Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of the SFDC Data Model across various clouds/products and significant data modeling experience.
- Proven track record of successful large enterprise Salesforce project deliveries.
- DevOps experience for CI/CD.
- Experience with CRM and member service platform implementations.
- Experience with large data integration and data migration activities within Salesforce projects.
- Strong documentation skills for current and future state solution architecture, including functional/technical specifications, data integration, and data migration solution design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in technical discussions, whiteboard sessions, and presentations.
- Experience in Experience Cloud/Community and a Salesforce developer background.
