Job Title : Salesforce Architect

Experience : 7+Years

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Work effectively individually but also collaborate with others to develop a successful and scalable solution
- Take direction from project team members and immediate supervisor, but take initiative and show leadership when appropriate
- Take direction from Technical Architect, design, and architect from high-level user stories and implement a solution to completion without direct supervision
- Design, develop and configure Community cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud solutions using the full Salesforce toolset including lightning components, form flows, custom actions, custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflows, triggers, process builder, CSS, etc.
- Develop the following on the Salesforce platform
- Lightning Components, Aura and LWC
- Ligtning Pages
- SLDS CSS framework
- Apex
- Triggers
- Visualforce
- Batch and Future patterns
- SOAP and REST Web Services
- Perform unit testing and defect fixes
- Analyze code to find root causes of issues and refactor code as needed
- Ad hoc analysis and conduct research projects as needed
- Lead and mentor Jr. Developers and Admins, including code reviews, and technical best practices

**Experience and skills required**
- 7+ years Salesforce development including Salesforce Certifcations (Advanced Developer or Platform Developer)
- 5+ years UI/UX development including general experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery
- Experience working in a complex Salesforce environment including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Community, CPQ, Partner Management
- Pipeline Forecasting and multiple managed packages from multiple vendors
- Strong proficiency implementing Salesforce lightning components, flow builder, reporting, Security and Permissions, custom actions and other common Salesforce functionality
- Ability to demonstrate senior level proficiency in SOQL as well as the ability to interpret and refactor existing Apex
- SFDC architecture experience with solid understanding of Saleforce Standard Objects and Business Processes
- Successfully developed and delivered within an Agile/Scrum Team environment
- Experience with Git and standard branching strategies
- Experience with SFDC Governor limits, licensing, and SFDC best practices
- Strong oral and written communication skills, effective listening, and collaboration skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to complete tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines to ensure the success of the team as a whole and understands impact analysis on priority of work
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to proficiently facilitate meetings and conduct briefings
- Strong technical writing abilities
- Organizational, time management and planning skills
- Advanced multi-disciplinary troubleshooting abilities
- Strong interpersonal and partnership skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to build scalable solutions that require mínimal future support
- Ability to represent professionally via Video Conferencing with team and business partners alike

**Salary**: ₹1,016,202.40 - ₹2,336,576.31 per year
