
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the OTR and industrial tyre sector.
- Identify and onboard new customers while managing existing accounts.
- Achieve sales targets through market penetration and strategic planning.
- Conduct regular market visits, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitor activities.
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure smooth order processing.
- Provide technical assistance and after-sales support to customers.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 5 years** of experience in **OTR and industrial tyre sales**.
- **Must be from Odisha, Jharkhand, or Chhattisgarh** and willing to **travel extensively** across these states and any other states only if required for business growth.
- **Education**: Undergraduate (Any discipline).
- Strong understanding of the regional market and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Must provide details of previous employers.
