**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Debt Collection**: Manage a portfolio of overdue accounts and follow up with clients to collect outstanding payments.
- **Resco CRM Utilization**: Leverage the Resco CRM system to track collections, document client interactions, and update account statuses.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of collection activities, update collection logs, and generate reports for management review.
- **Payment Negotiation**: Work with clients to establish payment plans, settlements, or partial payments while ensuring the company’s best interests are met.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that collection practices comply with relevant laws and company policies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Finance) to resolve issues and facilitate smooth collection processes.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet or exceed collection targets set by the company.
