**Overview**:
3FOLD Training, headquartered in Dubai, UAE, is a premier institute offering exam preparation for international professional certifications such as PMP, CMQ/OE, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, LEED GA & AP, among others. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Counsellor to provide guidance and support to our learners in Chennai, India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify prospective clients**: Research and analyze target markets within the training industry to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
- **Develop and maintain relationships**:Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and outreach efforts to understand their training needs and build trust.
- **Conduct sales presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of training solutions offered by the organization and addressing any questions or concerns.
- **Negotiate contracts**: Negotiate terms and conditions of training agreements, including pricing, scope of services, and delivery schedules, to secure new business and meet revenue targets.
- **Close sales**:Effectively close sales by overcoming objections, addressing client needs, and demonstrating the benefits of training programs, ensuring successful conversion of leads into satisfied clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in counseling role.
- Residency in or near Sithalapakkam, Chennai is preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent command of the English language.
- Empathetic Communication: Ability to communicate compassionately and understand learners' needs effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple learner inquiries and appointments efficiently while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

**Compensation**:
Salary is INR 25,000 per month plus performance-based incentives, in accordance with company policy.
