- Enable Scrum teams to perform at the highest level by instilling Scrum values, coaching the team, removing impediments and
protecting the team from disruption.
- Effectively drive sprint planning and execution to ensure optimal team output and high morale\
- Organize and facilitate team backlog management, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, demos and other Scrumrelated
activities.
- Assist Product Owner as needed with backlog maintenance, internal and external communication, improving transparency, and
disseminating information.
- Assess the Scrum maturity of teams and coaching teams to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and
comfortable for the team.
- Creates high performing, self-organized teams that can’t wait to get into the office
- Builds consensus through collaboration and has the ability to influence without authority.
- Ability to work effectively with dispersed, remote and global teams when needed.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Keeping stakeholders updated with status, risks, and impediments
