Job Title: PGT Chemistry Teacher

**Location**: Kurukshetra
**Salary Range**: 55,001 to 60,000 INR per month
**Experience Required**: 2-5 years

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Delivery**: Prepare and deliver comprehensive lessons aligned with the school's curriculum, ensuring that all topics are covered effectively.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and conduct tests, quizzes, and practical exams to assess students’ understanding and progress. Provide detailed feedback to help students improve.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain an organized and conducive classroom atmosphere to facilitate effective learning.
- **Lab Work Supervision**: Guide and supervise students during lab experiments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper use of laboratory equipment.
- **Mentorship and Support**: Support students' academic growth through mentorship, helping them prepare for board examinations and competitive exams.
- **Parent Interaction**: Maintain open communication with parents about student performance and strategies for improvement.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and developments in the field of chemistry through workshops and training programs.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share teaching practices and participate in school events and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
