**Job Summary**:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and products. This role requires an in-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and technologies, as well as strong analytical and creative skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns**:

- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- **SEO and SEM Management**:

- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify trends and insights.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce relevant and engaging marketing materials.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website and campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on digital marketing performance.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Certification in Google Analytics or Google AdWords.
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,609.11 - ₹41,460.27 per month
