Position Title: Photographer

**Job Description**:
Our company specializes in conducting high-quality shoots for a diverse range of brands, catering to various platforms and purposes. We are currently seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our team. As a Photographer with us, you will play a crucial role in capturing compelling visuals that align with our clients' brand identities and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.

2. Plan and execute photoshoots for a variety of purposes, including ecommerce, website content, Instagram posts, campaigns, reels, and more.

3. Ensure that all equipment, lighting, and props are prepared and set up appropriately for each shoot.

4. Direct and guide models, stylists, and other team members to achieve the desired visual aesthetic.

5. Capture high-quality images that meet both technical and creative standards, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

6. Organize and maintain an efficient workflow to meet project deadlines.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and approaches.

8. Assist in the selection and curation of final images for delivery to clients.

9. Uphold professionalism and represent the company positively during client interactions and on-set environments.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a professional Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and projects.

2. Proficiency in operating various photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.

3. Excellent knowledge of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling principles.

4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

5. Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.

6. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

7. Previous experience in photography, particularly in ecommerce and branding, is advantageous.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
