Our mission is to promote health and wellness through our naturally fermented drinks, providing consumers with delicious and refreshing options. **We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Sales Officer to drive our start & growth in Chennai.**

**Job Overview**: The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling Kumbayah Kombucha products to retailers, cafes, and health-focused establishments across Chennai. This role involves building relationships with customers, driving sales, and ensuring brand visibility in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, tastings, and product launches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and report on market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the management team on product performance and customer preferences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field/Diploma
- **Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Chennai is a must**:

- **Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.**:

- **Fluency in English & Tamil, Hindi
- Nice to have**:

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for health and wellness products.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
