PPC Executive

Gashwa technologies is seeking a talented and results-driven PPC manager to manage our pay-per-click campaigns across various platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search and display campaigns with a focus on generating high-quality leads, improving conversion rates, and driving ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Management:
- Develop and execute PPC strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Perform keyword research and create ad copy for search and display campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process from setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to meet the objectives.
- Optimization & Analysis:
- Continuously optimize PPC campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Quality Score, Cost Per Click (CPC), and Conversion Rate.
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the PPC budget effectively to ensure campaigns are cost-efficient and generate a positive return on investment (ROI).
- Track spending and report variances while ensuring campaigns remain within budget.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Generate detailed performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis to share with stakeholders, including click data, conversions, and overall ROI.
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to track, report, and analyze website and campaign performance.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team, designers, and content creators to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date with PPC industry trends and platform updates to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Skills:
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Certifications:
- Google Ads Certification and Google Analytics Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
