**Job Title**: Billing Executive (Accounting Background)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preparing Jewellery Quotations**:

- Develop detailed jewellery quotations based on memos received from the CRM team.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of quotations before finalizing.
- **Invoicing Sales of Jewellery**:

- Handle the invoicing process for jewellery sales using the in-house software.
- Ensure all sales are accurately recorded and invoices are properly generated.
- **Sharing Invoicing Details**:

- Communicate invoicing details to associates responsible for creating invoices in Tally.
- Ensure seamless coordination between departments for accurate invoicing.
- **Documentation and Communication**:

- Share invoice and related documents with the respective CRM/Sales and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain organized records of all communications and documents.
- **Stock Management**:

- Conduct daily evening stock takes of diamonds using the in-house system.
- Ensure accurate stock records and report discrepancies immediately.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in a similar billing or accounting role from Jewellery Industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with in-house inventory management systems.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in Gujarati is highly preferred.
- **Other Skills**: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
