Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:Make outbound calls to job seekers and employers, introducing them to Indeed's platform and services.
Explain the benefits of using Indeed for job search or recruitment.

Address queries and concerns related to job search and recruitment.

User Engagement:Engage with potential users in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and understanding their needs.
Listen actively to user feedback and suggestions, escalating issues as needed.

Service Promotion:Promote premium services, job posting packages, and other offerings to employers, highlighting the value they provide.

Data Entry and Tracking:Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the designated CRM system.
Generate reports on call performance and outcomes.

Feedback Collection:Gather insights and feedback from users to help improve the user experience and platform functionality.

Adherence to Guidelines:Follow company guidelines and communication scripts while engaging with users.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
