Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls:Handle incoming calls from job seekers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist callers with inquiries related to job listings, account management, and platform navigation.

Guide users on how to effectively use Indeed's features for successful job searches.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Educate users about the benefits of using Indeed for their job search.

User Support:Offer empathetic support to users experiencing challenges in their job search journey.
Listen actively and patiently to their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Data Entry and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and solutions provided.
Ensure proper documentation of user feedback and recurring issues.

Collaboration:Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical support and customer service, to ensure seamless user experiences.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
