**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design visually compelling graphics for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and marketing material.
- Create layouts for posts, carousels, brochures, banners, and branding elements.
- Edit short videos or reels using basic editing tools (cutting, transitions, text overlays).
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to maintain brand consistency.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and visuals.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Understanding of social media trends and design best practices.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and visual accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills (Bonus)**
- Experience with motion graphics or animation
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or After Effects
- Basic understanding of marketing and brand communication
