**Job Location**:Jammu**

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. You will collaborate with our marketing, product, and content teams to create visually compelling designs that enhance our brand and engage our audience across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Design Creation**:

- Develop and execute visual designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, and brochures.
- Create original graphics and illustrations that effectively communicate complex ideas.
- Prepare final designs for production, ensuring all files are optimized for digital use or print-ready.

**Brand Identity**:

- Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all designs and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Design promotional materials aligned with campaign objectives.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final iterations.
- Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

**Asset Management**:

- Organize and manage design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for team use.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design processes and output.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). is a plus

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with typography, color theory, and layout design.

**Skills**:

- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus but not required.
- Experience in both digital and print media design.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
