**Job Description**:
This is a full-Ɵme on-site role as a MicrosoŌ 365 and Azure Expert at Captus Technologies LLC in Ahmedabad. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to MicrosoŌ 365 and Azure soluƟons, including implementaƟon, maintenance, and opƟmizaƟon of cloud-based services and soluƟons. Your Role and ResponsibiliƟes:Help Desk Mastery: Manage the Ɵcket system diligently, ensuring SLAs are met and clients receive Ɵmely resoluƟons.MicrosoŌ ExperƟse: Leverage your Office 365 and Azure knowledge to provide excepƟonal support.Technical TroubleshooƟng: Solve issues related to virtualizaƟon, networking, and a variety of hardware.Hardware Savvy: Work with switches, routers, cameras, PCs, servers, baƩery backups, and remote monitoring tools.Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our team to provide comprehensive IT soluƟons.ConƟnuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve with emerging IT trends and tools. Preferred Skills:Experience with ConnectWise is a huge plus.Strong understanding of virtualizaƟon plaƞorms and network troubleshooƟng.Ability to balance technical experƟse with excepƟonal customer service skills.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
