Bakery Faculty

**Job Title**: Faculty - Bakery & Patisserie
**Location**: Kolkata, West Bengal

**Experience**: 2-5 years (minimum 1 year teaching/training preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct practical and theoretical classes on Bakery, Confectionery, and Patisserie.
- Design and update curriculum as per industry standards.
- Supervise student activities during practical sessions.
- Guide students in developing professional baking skills and hygiene practices.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and institute events.
- Ensure the upkeep of the bakery lab and equipment.
- Degree/Diploma in Bakery, Patisserie, Culinary Arts, or Hotel Management.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in bakery/patisserie operations.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and mentor students.
