**Position 1: Accounts Data Entry Operator Position 4**

**Department**: Accounts
**Location**: RAMNAGAR, UTTARAKHAND
**Reports To**: Accounts Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Maintain and update ledgers, accounts payable/receivable records, and other financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in daily data entries.
- Assist in preparing invoices and generating financial reports.
- Organize and maintain financial documents for auditing and reporting purposes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or data entry.

**Position 2: Senior Accountant position -2**

**Department**: Accounts

**Reports To**: Accounts Manager/Finance Head

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Handle tax filings, GST returns, and statutory compliance.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile discrepancies and provide detailed financial insights to management.
- Train and mentor junior accountants and ensure adherence to company policies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Expertise in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum qualification: CA Inter/Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting roles.

**Position 3: Accountant position 1**

**Department**: Accounts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and entries.
