Position 1: Accounts Data Entry Operator Position 4

Department: Accounts

Location: RAMNAGAR, UTTARAKHAND

Reports To: Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and update ledgers, accounts payable/receivable records, and other financial records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in daily data entries.
  • Assist in preparing invoices and generating financial reports.
  • Organize and maintain financial documents for auditing and reporting purposes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or data entry.

Position 2: Senior Accountant position -2

Department: Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.

  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and provide detailed financial insights to management.
  • Train and mentor junior accountants and ensure adherence to company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP systems).
