**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Planning and executing sessions.

Maintaining records of the students of the relevant group.

On the job employment training.

Check ins & follow up.

Sensitising the coworkers and employers.

Maintaining relationships.

Maintaining progress records.

Enhancement of the program.

Working in sync with the team (Trainers, Counsellor, etc.) to ensure

sustainability of the job opportunities for the students.

Conducting parent meetings at regular intervals.

Conducting assessments of new students.

**Education and Experience Requirement**:
Bachelors degree in special education

Minimum 2 years work experience of people with disabilities

**Skills Requirement**:
Use of creative ideas to train people with disabilities

Ability to adapt and work according to the skills of different students

Can come up with effective solutions for work related issues

Good written and communication skills

Cooperative and enthusiastic team member

Patient and flexible

Good interpersonal skills

Fluency in English, Hindi and basic Marathi

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
