Job Description - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve student enrolments per month/Intake. - Analyze the conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment and implement strategies to optimize and increase overall conversion rates. - Streamline and optimize the application process, ensuring efficient handling of applications and timely communication with prospective students. - Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment events, school visits, and fairs, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics - Collect feedback from enrolled students, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the overall student experience. Desired Skills and Experience Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field (preferred). Experience: - Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in International student recruitment and admissions. Skills & Knowledge: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools. - Ability to work with the team in a fast-paced environment.
