**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
User Research & Testing:
Conduct user research to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors. Organize usability tests and interviews to validate design solutions.

Wireframing & Prototyping:
Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions.

UI Design:
Create visually appealing UI designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability. Focus on consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility.

Collaborate with Development Teams:
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the design vision is implemented accurately and effectively.

Iterative Design Process:
Constantly improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing. Make data-driven design decisions to optimize usability and performance.

Design Systems & Documentation:
Build and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all products. Document design patterns and guidelines for scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure the product is user-centric and delivers a cohesive brand experience.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

2-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design (with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects).

Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Photoshop.

Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and mobile-first design practices.

Experience with HTML/CSS and an understanding of how designs are implemented in code.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to balance design with functionality.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present design solutions clearly to stakeholders.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and how to design for inclusive experiences.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with animation and micro-interactions (e.g., using After Effects or similar tools).

Familiarity with Agile methodology and working in sprints.

Experience with user research tools (e.g., Hotjar, UsabilityHub, Typeform).

Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup or agile environment.
