**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research, user testing, and analysis to understand user behavior, pain points, and motivations.
- **Visual Design**: Create aesthetically pleasing designs that align with the brand identity and enhance the user experience.
- **User-Centered Design**: Advocate for best practices in UX/UI, ensuring designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers to define and implement innovative solutions.
- **Interaction Design**: Develop interaction flows and sitemaps that enhance usability and user engagement.
- **Design Systems**: Maintain and update the design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
- **Feedback Iteration**: Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to continuously improve the product.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to keep the product fresh and modern.

**Qualifications**:

- **Skills**: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, process, and innovative UI/UX solutions.
- **UX Principles**: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, user testing, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Agile Methodology**: Familiarity with working in Agile environments and collaborating with development teams.

Pay: ₹11,750.34 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- UX: 2 years (preferred)
- HTML5: 1 year (preferred)
