Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, teas, and blended drinks.
- Master the art of espresso-making, including grinding, brewing, milk frothing, and latte art.
- Adhere to café recipes and presentation standards to ensure product consistency.
- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, genuine interactions.
- Guide customers through the menu and make personalized recommendations.
- Take orders accurately and handle any special requests or modifications.
- Operate the POS system to take orders and process payments efficiently.
- Prepare orders promptly and deliver them to customers, ensuring mínimal wait time.
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling and follow all store policies.
- Keep the bar area, equipment, and utensils clean and organized at all times.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including sanitation practices for food and beverage handling.
- Regularly clean and restock the café area, including seating and condiment stations.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Assist with stocking and organizing inventory, reporting any shortages to the Café Manager.
- Work closely with other café staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests.
- Support other team members as needed, especially during peak hours.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
