Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our in-house café team at Black Bunny. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of coffee and beverage types, maintain high hygiene standards, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fun and high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including various types of coffee, shakes, and mocktails.
• Recommend drinks based on customer preferences and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the beverage area.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, maintained, and in working condition.
• Handle billing and POS operations as needed.
• Keep track of inventory and inform the team for restocking.
• Greet guests courteously and deliver a delightful customer experience.
• Support the café team during busy hours and events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with espresso machines.
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
• Must be presentable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
